System Administrator

TL;DR

System Administrator (Corporate IT): Managing and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, user access, and SaaS tools with an accent on security, device management, and identity access. Focus on optimizing internal operations, implementing zero-trust security models, and automating IT workflows.

Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support available.

Salary: €48,000 – €60,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications and cloud services.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management using tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
• Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are enforced.
• Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Implement IT security best practices, including MFA and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Automate IT operations, workflows, and system monitoring to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in IT or systems administration.
• Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
• Knowledge of MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Strong understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Must be based in or be able to work fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT automation and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
