What you will do

• Organize approvals, mark and meet all conditions for assigned loan files.
• Conduct welcome calls within 24 hours, set expectations, clarify conditions, and confirm timelines.
• Verify signed disclosures, order reports (AVMs, IRS, flood zone), track uploads, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Confirm final terms, schedule closings, monitor ECD expirations, handle lock extensions and COCs.
• Review active loans, prioritize closings, and submit documents for final approval.
• Handle additional tasks as business needs arise.

Requirements

• 3+ years wholesale account management experience; underwriter experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of various loan products and programs.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills for high-volume pipeline.
• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system required.
