What you will do

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations for Mortgage Advisors.
• Collect borrower information and assist with loan application completion.
• Send documentation requests and ensure files are complete before pre-approval.
• Provide updates to referral partners during early loan stages.
• Manage Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications.
• Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM system.

Requirements
