What you will do

  • Drive strategy by partnering with product, data, clinical, and commercial leads to shape roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, performance management, metrics definition, and accountability for the group.
  • Build and mentor high-impact business operations and operations teams for network monitoring and payer initiatives.
  • Develop frameworks for critical decisions on opportunities, tradeoffs, and strategic levers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering on priorities, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Act as connective tissue across organization, aligning stakeholders and resolving dependencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations, ideally building healthcare or AI products
  • 5+ years managing and growing high-performing teams
  • Strategic operator skilled in long-term strategy and granular models/metrics.
  • Deep product and data intuition to define strategy and performance metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional processes in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to synthesize inputs into narratives for resourcing, strategy, and org design.
