Salary: $166,725 - $277,875 annually

What you will do
- Oversee application intake, submission workflows, and financial transaction operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct data-driven diagnostics of current systems to identify bottlenecks, failure points, and scaling constraints.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and enhance the stakeholder experience.
- Define and continuously refine KPIs to provide visibility into operational health and risks.
- Develop dynamic staffing and utilization models to align with seasonal demand variability.
Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare operations or strategy, preferably in the payor or management consulting space.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing operational systems in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities.
- Must be based in the US
Nice to have
- Management consulting background or an MBA.
- Experience with ICHRA, health insurance operations, or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven operational optimization.
