What you will do

• Oversee application intake, submission workflows, and financial transaction operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Conduct data-driven diagnostics of current systems to identify bottlenecks, failure points, and scaling constraints.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and enhance the stakeholder experience.
• Define and continuously refine KPIs to provide visibility into operational health and risks.
• Develop dynamic staffing and utilization models to align with seasonal demand variability.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare operations or strategy, preferably in the payor or management consulting space.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing operational systems in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities.
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Management consulting background or an MBA.
• Experience with ICHRA, health insurance operations, or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven operational optimization.
