Final Document Specialist (Mortgage)

What you will do

• Audit final mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and deficiencies.
• Coordinate corrections and re-recordings with title companies, settlement agents, and county recorders.
• Ship, digitize, and upload final documents to investors and custodians within required timeframes.
• Maintain strict compliance with GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding document requests.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac final document requirements.
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in post-closing or mortgage document processing.
• Experience with Encompass LOS and investor portals is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
