What you will do

• Validate loan file information and enter data into FHA Connection, VA WebLGY, and USDA LINC to obtain insurance certificates.
• Pay upfront fees and accurately record all transactions within the Encompass system.
• Review loan documentation to ensure strict compliance with government agency guidelines.
• Proactively manage a daily loan pipeline, maintaining status comments and ensuring prompt endorsement.
• Coordinate with related departments to request and correct missing or unsigned documentation.
• Escalate unresolved loan issues to insuring management to prevent processing delays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in paying and insuring government loans.
• Proficiency in navigating government agency insuring platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in loan processing and insuring (preferred).
• Knowledge of government agency fees and specific payment processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
