What you will do

• Prepare mortgage closing documents for conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Verify the accuracy of all essential information provided at submission for closing.
• Coordinate with loan officers, processing, and underwriting staff to resolve closing issues.
• Calculate accurate figures for monthly payments, escrows, and prepaid interest.
• Manage the closing pipeline to ensure delivery of documents within 24-48 hours of request.
• Conduct loan reviews to ensure compliance with TRID, Fair Lending, and Reg B requirements.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US
• Experience in preparing mortgage loan closing documents (5 years preferred).
• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, and state regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Encompass software (preferred).
