What you will do

• Review investor deficiencies and resolve issues independently using processing, underwriting, and closing experience.
• Conduct daily reviews of deficiency pipelines in investor sites to identify and cure suspended loans by due dates.
• Analyze suspense conditions, obtain investor clarity, and check loan files for existing documentation.
• Perform TRID due diligence, verify post-consummation disclosures, and clear income/asset deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal/external parties and borrowers to gather documentation and prepare responses to audits.
• Track loan events, monitor reports, stay current with guidelines, and meet production goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage credit and/or post-closing activities.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines across loan programs.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, independent work, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience collaborating in a team to meet strict deadlines.
