Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between internal and external clients throughout the loan process.
• Audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability.
• Manage pipelines for Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans.
• Review and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Pre-underwrite paystubs, credit reports, and bank statements to support loan approval.
• Communicate loan programs and associated costs to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and all mortgage and consumer regulations.
• Proficiency with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
• Excellent math, analytics, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Prior underwriting or processing experience.
