What you will do

• Verify the accuracy and compliance of final Closing Disclosures with federal and state regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records within the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Collaborate with title companies, loan originators, and underwriters to ensure successful closings.
• Prepare closing worksheets and resolve outstanding loan items.
• Utilize compliance system reports to confirm overall loan data integrity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage loan closing.
• Proven focus on Purchase Loans across multiple states.
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan types.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of a designated ZG office in the USA.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a paperless mortgage file system environment.
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS.
