What you will do

• Oversee daily operations and workflow for mortgage office staff in assigned territories.
• Collaborate with branch managers to resolve complaints and improve loan pipeline efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Develop and recommend new operational systems to increase lending function efficiency.
• Manage the selection, training, motivation, and professional development of branch employees.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production and compliance reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, GNMA, and VA housing loans.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
