• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client confidence during renewal cycles.
• Assist the local team in strengthening rewards data within the identified geography.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (C1/C2) is required.
• Strong detail-orientation and motivation for data-driven delivery.
• Interest in HR analytics, Total Rewards, and compensation surveys.
• Eligibility for a 6-month internship or graduate role.
