What you will do

• Own client P&Ls and develop multi-year strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Cultivate and deepen C-suite relationships as a trusted executive advisor.
• Lead strategic negotiations to secure complex, high-value deals.
• Oversee delivery strategies across the portfolio and resolve critical escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market plans, pipeline forecasting, and growth.
• Mentor Associate Partners and Directors to develop a scalable leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in consulting or digital/technology services with P&L accountability.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar growth and winning enterprise deals.
• Deep expertise in digital product, cloud, data/AI, and experience design.
• Experience managing globally distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery teams.
• Must be based in the USA with flexibility for regular travel.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with clarity.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
