What you will do

• Lead the KFNR Client Enablement strategy and execute scalable programs to drive adoption and proficiency.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure product and release readiness.
• Coordinate technical enablement, integrations, and resolve platform-related issues.
• Manage high-touch engagement with strategic accounts through executive storytelling and communication.
• Establish enablement operations, governance, and processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (specifically residents of states such as NY, CO, CA, WA, HI, DC, NJ, MD, IL, MA, or OH).
• Proven experience building scalable enablement programs including webinars, workshops, and eLearning/LMS.
• Strong program management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to translate technical product details into client-ready messaging and training assets.
