What you will do

• Manage defined workstreams within large strategic programs, monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate execution and task scoping across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Maintain project plans, status updates, and RAID logs to proactively surface risks and delays.
• Facilitate core program rituals, including team meetings, status reviews, and action item tracking.
• Identify and escalate execution risks while supporting the development of mitigation plans.
• Improve program management processes, templates, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 3–6+ years of experience in program or project management driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading programs from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, hosting, or eCommerce environments.
• Familiarity with companies like GoDaddy, WP Engine, or similar.
