What you will do

• Build and optimize monthly and quarterly BU performance scorecards to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams from problem definition through solution design and adoption.
• Develop robust business cases and analyses to translate insights into prioritized commercial and operational actions.
• Manage operating rhythms and communication with BU GMs, functional leaders, and executive forums.
• Identify and implement AI-led automation opportunities across business processes to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or similar high-performance environment.
• Proven track record in strategy execution and operating improvement.
• Expertise in translating strategy into KPIs, OKRs, and measurable operating plans.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling and data storytelling capabilities.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Demonstrable AI adoption and excellence in multi-workstream program management.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or design/manufacturing software industries.
