What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Data Science initiatives, from planning through execution.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across concurrent projects.
• Own program governance and reporting, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and performance.
• Act as the primary interface between Data Science and Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Design and continuously improve scalable, lightweight processes tailored to Data Science workflows.
• Standardize tools and best practices using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs in technology or data environments.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• European Union legal working status is required.
• English: B2+ proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
• Familiarity with data science, AI, or quantitative domains to effectively manage scope and timelines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
