Operations Specialist

Location: Fully onsite in Longmont, CO (must be within ~45-minute commute) with occasional travel to Wyoming

Secure Logistics Group (SLG) is a protective services organization delivering comprehensive security solutions, including executive protection and security operations center (SOC) monitoring.

What you will do

• Build and maintain operational infrastructure, including SOPs, SLAs, and internal documentation.
• Oversee tracking and management of vehicle fleets, insurance, and security communications equipment.
• Lead internal initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and tech rollouts.
• Draft and manage contracts, engagement letters, vendor agreements, and expense tracking.
• Manage complex calendaring, including shift rotations, property schedules, and travel coordination.
• Provide high-level operational support to the CEO and troubleshoot internal tools.

Requirements

• Background in operations, logistics, supply chain, government, or military environments.
• Experience in project management, process development, and contract management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and operational platforms.
• Must be located within a ~45-minute commute of Longmont, CO.
