Final Mile Manager

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities in partnership with 3PL providers to ensure SOP adherence.
• Monitor key metrics including cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in morning loadouts, standup meetings, and store transfer deliveries.
• Conduct on-site audits, investigate delivery failures, and provide resolutions with root cause analysis.
• Approve 3PL invoicing, share best practices, and support training on product assembly.
• Collaborate with internal store management and external partners to elevate customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Ability to carry/move furniture up to 150 lbs; no physical limitations
• Flexible hours including 6 am starts and use of personal vehicle
• Self-starter with analytical skills, conflict resolution, and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
