What you will do
- Own outbound execution to meet daily pick, pack, and dispatch timelines
- Lead floor workflow, prioritize tasks, and align team to goals
- Perform and oversee picking, packing, shipping with SKU, batch, quantity verification
- Handle exceptions, order edits, mispicks, and communicate resolutions to CX or brands
- Maintain organization of packing and staging areas
- Coordinate with Inventory, QA, Dispatch; provide on-floor guidance and support process improvements
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Work occasional evening/weekend shifts
- At least 21 years of age
- Strong verbal/written communication, basic math, computer skills
- Exceptional customer service, judgement, work ethic, attention to detail, team player
