• Expand and grow global hirify.global Pay benchmark databases.
• Strengthen the quality and density of compensation and rewards data.
• Connect with new clients to solicit participation in compensation surveys.
• Improve role coverage for specialized areas such as Digital, AI, and Cybersecurity.
• Enhance client confidence during renewal cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Work availability: Part-time (20 hours per week).
• Graduate-level education.
• Strong attention to detail and motivation.
• Interest in Business Development, Sales, Total Rewards, or Human Resources.
