People Operations Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives, managing stakeholders and timelines.
• Identify manual HR workflows and implement AI solutions, including generative and agentic AI, to automate communications and documentation.
• Analyze people data regarding hiring, retention, and engagement to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Audit and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as an internal AI advocate and power user for proprietary tools to improve team decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any major) or a relevant HR program.
• Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week internship between July and December 2026.
• Must be based in or able to work in-office 3 days a week in Singapore.
• Fluency with AI tools and LLMs, with an understanding of how to apply them to business process efficiency.
• Strong data literacy, including mastery of spreadsheets and data visualization.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience managing internal Wikis such as Confluence or Notion.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, program administration, and standard HR processes.
• Background in Project Management (PMO) or Business Operations.
