Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Austin, TX)

What you will do

  • Provide first-level HR support to global employees, managing and resolving inquiries via the Workday case management platform.
  • Maintain US immigration compliance, including I-9s, visas, and PERM/green card support.
  • Manage and audit US employee and contingent worker records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead in-person and virtual new talent orientations for US employees.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Business Services, and Procurement on vital operational projects.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to review and streamline HR business processes across the global department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (HR Management training preferred).
  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR function (e.g., HR Generalist, HRIS, HRBP, or HR Operations).
  • At least 2 years of experience using MS Excel or other reporting technology for data analysis.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Austin, TX office following a hybrid work schedule.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS.
  • Experience with HR ticketing systems.
