Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating campus recruiting and high-volume event portfolios.
• Ability to align recruitment event strategy with organizational hiring goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of event delivery and candidate engagement.
