What you will do

• Lead and represent multi-disciplinary squads, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery and operational standards.
• Develop and execute technical strategies in collaboration with technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Implement a Platform as a Product approach, owning the process from discovery to delivery.
• Manage the team's roadmap and facilitate the OKR process to achieve mission goals.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and regular performance assessments to develop future mentors and leaders.
• Oversee project scopes and objectives to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Deep hands-on experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code writing and refactoring.
• Experience managing teams building and operating high-traffic, cloud-native systems at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through major architectural transitions.
• Solid technical background across the entire SDLC to unblock teams in complex technical discussions.
• Proven leadership experience in R&D or AI Solutions.
