What you will do

• Manage large key accounts and core accounts to ensure responsive and professional service delivery.
• Prioritize and execute client service tasks in alignment with global and local business requirements.
• Resolve complex queries and proactively address service issues within established deadlines.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for new business and suggest solutions for continuous service improvement.
• Ensure accuracy of client data in business systems and coordinate the PO and invoicing process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client service or account management at a senior level.
• Ability to handle complex client queries and resolve service issues independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining high-level client expectations.
• Proficiency in managing client data and facilitating financial processes like invoicing.
