Salary: 365,000 zł - 485,000 zł per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow a well-balanced team of engineers, providing direct feedback and professional development.
• Own the technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals and customer trust.
• Oversee the availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems, including incident response.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to drive cross-functional efforts.
• Manage the delivery process, breaking large programs into small, accountable sprint milestones.
• Drive hiring and onboarding to build a diverse, high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in managing and growing engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and managing execution through ambiguity.
• Technical judgment to guide architecture and reliability decisions for full-stack systems.
• Familiarity with declarative UI frameworks like React or React Native.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
