Salary: $37,800 - $51,975

What you will do

• Handle incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants and employers.
• Educate and hirify.global customers regarding their retirement savings accounts.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Manage general account changes based on customer direction.

Requirements

• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Associate degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, OR 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, including hours outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays.
• Must live within commuting distance of Phoenix for periodic in-person meetings.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection and a quiet home work environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or a call center environment.
