What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing ABX team, fostering a culture of experimentation and scale.
  • Architect personalized 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs across digital, events, direct mail, and email.
  • Establish tight alignment with sales through shared account plans and joint account reviews.
  • Drive personalized outreach to enterprise buying committees to secure meetings and build relationships.
  • Own ABX performance reporting focused on pipeline influence, account engagement, and stage velocity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years leading ABM or ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Background in developer tools, SaaS, or technical platform companies.
  • Proven track record of influencing revenue and building pipeline through account-based programs.
  • Deep fluency with the enterprise buying process, multi-threaded stakeholders, and complex procurement.
  • Strong proficiency with ABX martech (e.g., Demandbase, Salesforce, intent data platforms).

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing developer tools or technical infrastructure to engineering and digital teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows and positioning them to enterprise buyers.
  • Track record of scaling ABX from a pilot program to a full go-to-market motion.
  • Experience building executive engagement programs such as roundtables and executive dinners.
