What you will do

• Define and execute the AI enablement roadmap across email, digital, campaign marketing, and ICP ownership.
• Design, document, and maintain AI-driven workflows and training to accelerate team adoption.
• Manage SEO strategy, web performance, and digital experience using AI for content production and optimization.
• Lead campaign marketing AI, including lead scoring, multi-touch nurture, and account-based targeting.
• Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) using intent data and AI enrichment tools.
• Oversee digital delivery services and manage paid media programs to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of hiring and leading high-performing teams to achieve aggressive goals.
• Expertise in Salesforce (required).
• Deep knowledge of the AI marketing tool landscape (content generation, personalization, automation).
• Must be based in North America.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Experience with Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, or comparable marketing automation and ABM platforms.
