What you will do
- Drive proactive account growth and boost profitability for the largest strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to ensure customer retention and expansion.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-level executives.
- Take full ownership of the account P&L and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities to expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Customer-focused approach with strong empathy in relationship management.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
