What you will do

  • Drive proactive account growth and boost profitability for the largest strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to ensure customer retention and expansion.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-level executives.
  • Take full ownership of the account P&L and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities to expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong empathy in relationship management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
