Location: Remote and based in the United Kingdom (approx. 25% travel).

What you will do
- Service fastest-growing customers in EMEA, focusing on DACH region.
- Grow revenue and share of wallet within key accounts via cross/upsell.
- Open doors to products including voice, messaging, email, contact center, and security software.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build trust with technical and business audiences.
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contract processes.
- Balance multiple projects, deals, and priorities with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience selling complex technical solutions to large customers.
- History with multinational enterprises and digital natives, consistently achieving quota.
- Track record in cross/upsell within mature customer bases and revenue tracking.
- German language proficiency required.

- Experience selling to both business and technical audiences.
- Knowledge of communications market (messaging, voice, email, security) or telecom.
