What you will do

• Lead engagements to translate AI investments into measurable agentic performance for clients.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration, trustworthy AI, and real-time systems.
• Partner with client teams and internal delivery groups to ensure project success and transparency.
• Guide organizations through AI readiness and agentic adoption strategies.
• Publish research patterns, speak at industry events, and shape the company's agentic roadmap.
• Manage the full research lifecycle from hypothesis to prototyping and academic presentation.

Requirements

• Experience as an AI architect or senior consultant with a deep interest in agentic AI systems.
• Expertise in LLMs (fine-tuning, tool use, RAG) and multi-agent frameworks (planning, coordination, memory).
• Proficiency in LLMOps/MLOps and productionization on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to clients and delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA and available for 30%+ travel.
