What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, MCP).
• Build MCP servers, APIs, and microservices connecting LLMs to business systems like BigQuery, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Architect RAG data flows and implement observability for prompt iteration, model evaluation, and cost management.
• Design and deploy scalable automation workflows using GCP Cloud Functions and Cloud Run.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to create self-service AI tools that eliminate manual operational work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend, systems integration, or data engineering.
• 2+ years of production experience applying LLMs/AI to real-world workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows.
• Experience with LLM patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Slack Block Kit.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Background in automating GTM workflows in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AI observability tools like LangSmith.
