Location: Remote (Global), with compensation details provided for the United States.

Salary: $162,275 – $195,000 OTE in the United States.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end quoting and approval workflows, ensuring scalability and audit readiness.
• Design and operationalize amendment paths across various offerings (SaaS, usage-based, services).
• Maintain a clean and compliant product catalog within Salesforce for quoting and provisioning.
• Oversee automated integration from CPQ to NetSuite for order creation and fulfillment.
• Lead system releases, UAT, communication, training, and documentation for new features.
• Partner with Finance, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance with SOC 1 / SOC 2 requirements.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in CPQ administration with hands-on configuration and program management.
• Experience being the lead CPQ Admin.
• Deep understanding of amendment logic, revenue implications, and ERP integrations.
• Experience maintaining processes under SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Required certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator.

Nice to have

• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
