Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Architect production-level ML/AI workloads including agents and end-to-end pipelines.
• Implement enterprise GenAI solutions such as RAG architectures and agentic systems.
• Build and optimize customer AI workloads using MLOps best practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the AI product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience as an ML or AI Engineer.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and LLM techniques including vector DBs, fine-tuning, and Langchain.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% when needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
