What you will do

• Develop and implement mission-critical AI/ML solutions and algorithms to enhance business operations.
• Design, train, and deploy AI models, including fine-tuning LLMs and utilizing RAG to augment applications.
• Construct optimized data pipelines and implement CI/CD best practices for ML model and code deployment.
• Lead Agile teams of data scientists, engineers, and architects through the full ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and report on industry trends.
• Ensure code security, model governance, and adherence to Responsible and Explainable AI practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Vienna, VA).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM with 5+ years of industry experience in AI, ML engineering, or Data Science.
• 6+ years of proficiency in Python and Jupyter notebooks.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs and implementing RAG for custom datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries) and version control systems like Git and Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agentic AI Systems (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph).
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs tools and GPU programming.
• Published research papers or patents in the field of AI/ML.
• Understanding of UX and Human-AI teaming/human factors in software systems.
