What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with provider partners to drive loyalty and business growth.
- Handle daily inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
- Act as a product expert to drive utilization and inform customers of features and benefits.
- Coordinate work flow between internal departments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectations and adhere to service level standards.
- Utilize CRM tools and internal platforms to optimize customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Tampa, Florida office (Hybrid).
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of successfully resolving customer issues and increasing satisfaction.
- Functional experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent professional phone and email presence and etiquette.
