Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

What you will do
- Oversee goals, progress, and resource allocation for full-service clinical projects.
- Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve quality measures.
- Manage team productivity and timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
- Lead the hiring, training, and performance management for the Clinical Care Support team.
- Represent the clinical team at customer meetings and lead internal staff discussions.
- Coordinate with Lead Clinical Pharmacists and Customer Success teams to align expectations.
Requirements
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
- At least 12 months of experience managing clinical, patient, or customer support teams.
- Proven leadership and coaching experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
