What you will do
- Supervise Patient Success Specialists across department sub-teams.
- Monitor QA for inbound/outbound calls, emails, and faxes, providing feedback.
- Ensure team exceeds KPIs, manage coverage for vacations/sick time, and handle scheduling.
- Act as first escalation point for patient concerns and enforce policies.
- Liaise with internal departments for communication and process accuracy from insurance verification to collections.
- Oversee training, orientation, performance evaluations, hiring feedback, and supply orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare, Marketing, or Business
- 5+ years Healthcare experience
- Experience with insurance claims submission/management software (Xifin, AMD, LIMS a plus)
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement (government/private payers), coverage, coding, payment
- Demonstrated analytics skills for payments analysis and issue diagnosis
- Strong verbal/written communication and computer skills
