Salary: $120,000 base annually + 60% target incentives

What you will do
- Develop prospect accounts using cold calling and acquisition strategies within an assigned territory.
- Create comprehensive account plans based on customer needs, motivations, and potential objections.
- Collaborate with US West leadership to establish Strategic Selling Plans and conduct Quarterly Reviews.
- Partner with executives from leading tech companies to develop creative and innovative solutions.
- Manage all aspects of account management, including processing quotes and orders, until the account is profitable.
- Manage sales pipelines efficiently and demonstrate leadership when facing complex challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with established vendor and customer relationships.
- Expertise in Datacenters, Cloud, and Networking (experience with MSFT is a plus).
- Demonstrated capability to sell Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Modernization solutions.
- Proven track record of acquiring new buying accounts and meeting sales targets.
- Strong skills in solution selling and creating value for business clients.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
