Sales Operations Coordinator

Salary: $24 – $26.50 per hour

What you will do

• Review and validate rates, revenue, contracts, and creative specifications for all digital products.
• Audit new and revised digital campaigns for discrepancies prior to revenue approval.
• Partner with Digital Operations and Co-Op teams to resolve discrepancies and manage invoice submissions.
• Reconcile Digital Amex expenses and provide detailed allocation reporting to the Finance team.
• Generate and distribute revenue tracking reports using Cognos and AOS dashboards.
• Manage rush and makegood requests via Slack to ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, operations, or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of AOS and Jira systems.
• Must be based in the US (Maryland preferred).
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship (including H-1B, OPT-STEM).
