What you will do

  • Liaise between Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to support project development from feasibility to EPCA execution.
  • Manage EPC RFP bid packages using ProCore and analyze bid responses to make formal selection recommendations.
  • Negotiate EPC contract terms and conditions to align with project assumptions and budgets.
  • Develop preliminary project schedules incorporating design, utility, and permitting milestones.
  • Provide feedback on M&A due diligence and risk mitigation strategies for new acquisitions.
  • Monitor commodity price fluctuations and maintain visibility on approved vendor lists.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Renewables Project Management role.
  • Deep understanding of the project cycle from feasibility through permitting, design, and EPC negotiations.
  • Strong familiarity with photovoltaic solar and energy storage technical standards.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, ProCore, Quickbase, and Microsoft Project.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-pressure scenarios.
