What you will do

• Support Project Managers with documentation, financials, scheduling, and cost forecasting.
• Lead construction documentation for tax equity and debt funding transactions across project portfolios.
• Create project reports and monitor construction team KPIs.
• Manage procurement documentation and create document packages for contractor RFPs.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors for payment invoicing reviews.
• Administer construction contract documents and facilitate new vendor onboarding.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional experience in construction project support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Must have valid US work authorization (E-Verify).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Quickbase, Box, Procore, and P6.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in wind construction, electric industry, or power plants.
• Experience supporting renewable project tax equity and debt funding transactions.
• PMI CAPM certification.
