TL;DR
Customer Success Partner (Retail, Hospitality & Entertainment): consultative sales and enterprise account management to grow revenue in strategic accounts with an accent on program management, cross-functional coordination, and client relationship building. Focus on developing sales account plans, identifying upsell opportunities, analyzing trends, and delivering quarterly business reviews.
Location: 100% remote, must be authorized and working from the United States. Preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
Salary: $75-95K annual base before bonus structure.

What you will do
- Develop sales account plans, track revenue trends, analyze competitive threats, and meet revenue objectives in named accounts.
- Identify upsell products/solutions and required cross-functional resources to penetrate accounts.
- Articulate benefits, maintain competitor knowledge, and deliver client business reviews.
- Manage action plans, analyze trends, recommend program changes, and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of customer programs and establish relationships at all levels.
- Manage contractual documentation, renewals, RFPs, and monitoring/reporting programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in sales account management for complex solutions in strategic national/global accounts with C-level relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Networking capabilities and business maturity.
- Must be authorized to work in and based in the United States.
Nice to have
- 2 years of virtual work experience.
- Experience in professional account management and sales.
- Ability to work 40-50 hours/week with additional hours as needed.
- Location in Eastern or Central time zones.
