TL;DR

Customer Success Partner (Retail, Hospitality & Entertainment): consultative sales and enterprise account management to grow revenue in strategic accounts with an accent on program management, cross-functional coordination, and client relationship building. Focus on developing sales account plans, identifying upsell opportunities, analyzing trends, and delivering quarterly business reviews.

Location: 100% remote, must be authorized and working from the United States. Preference for Eastern or Central time zones.

Salary: $75-95K annual base before bonus structure.

What you will do

  • Develop sales account plans, track revenue trends, analyze competitive threats, and meet revenue objectives in named accounts.
  • Identify upsell products/solutions and required cross-functional resources to penetrate accounts.
  • Articulate hirify.global benefits, maintain competitor knowledge, and deliver client business reviews.
  • Manage action plans, analyze trends, recommend program changes, and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer programs and establish relationships at all levels.
  • Manage contractual documentation, renewals, RFPs, and monitoring/reporting programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in sales account management for complex solutions in strategic national/global accounts with C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Networking capabilities and business maturity.
  • Must be authorized to work in and based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • 2 years of virtual work experience.
  • Experience in professional account management and sales.
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours/week with additional hours as needed.
  • Location in Eastern or Central time zones.
