Location: US. 10% travel required, comfortable supporting on-site event execution when required.

Salary: $56,900 - $68,100 + Annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage event lead flow including pre-event attendee lists, post-event formatting, and uploads to marketing operations.
• Monitor and analyze event results, follow up with sales teams, and provide performance reports.
• Support research and evaluation of event sponsorships.
• Handle attendee registration, on-site support, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth event execution from planning to follow-up.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in marketing, events, communications, or related fields; internships welcome.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and learning new tools.
• Familiarity with event/marketing platforms like On24, Cvent, Asana, Marketo, Salesforce.
• 10% travel required.
