What you will do

• Own end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, presence design, team coordination, on-site execution, briefings, and follow-ups
• Drive lead capture, CRM hygiene, and ROI tracking across all events
• Partner with content team to develop on-site and post-event nurture materials
• Report on event performance metrics: attendees, leads, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, ROI
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Executives

Requirements

• 3-5 years in field marketing or event marketing
• Proven track record of high-impact events with measurable outcomes
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing attribution
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel 10% for event execution
