TL;DR

Corporate Events Manager (Marketing): Driving demand generation and brand awareness through the planning and execution of large-scale corporate conferences across North America with an accent on end-to-end event logistics and cross-functional alignment. Focus on scaling demand generation efforts, optimizing ROI through data analysis, and managing complex event lifecycles.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (required 2 days per week: Tuesday & Thursday)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end program execution for 10+ large-scale conference sponsorships, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage social media campaigns, email communications, and sales cadences to amplify event awareness.
  • Nurture internal and external relationships with sales, marketing, product leadership, and external vendor partners.
  • Track and report on conference performance, pipeline impact, and ROI using Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by managing complex timetables and swag inventory using Asana.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of corporate events or corporate conferences experience with hands-on run-of-show expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing 10+ events annually.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, and SalesLoft.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX for hybrid attendance.
  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
