What you will do

  • Coordinate logistics for regional tradeshows, customer dinners, and in-person events, including venue selection and vendor management.
  • Manage webinars including platform setup (ON24), speaker coordination, and registration.
  • Partner with managers to localize messaging and promotional assets for regional audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, MarOps, and BI teams to align on regional goals and reporting.
  • Track event performance and ROI using HubSpot and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within healthcare.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel via plane for onsite event support.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Webinar platforms.
  • Understanding of the value-based care landscape and working with independent physicians.
  • Familiarity with event management tools like Cvent or Bizzabo.
