What you will do

• Manage and resolve HR tickets and cases within established SLAs using case management tools.
• Provide first-line support for HR policies, payroll inquiries, benefits, leave of absence, and PTO.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and Form I-9 completion.
• Maintain and update HR knowledge content, SOP libraries, and workflows to support employee self-service.
• Support compliance activities, including I-9 audits and annual policy acknowledgments.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of broader HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, people services, or as an HR generalist.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (as evidenced by I-9 and federal law compliance requirements).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar case management platforms.
• Experience with Workday HRIS.
